One of the conditions of entry into a RoboCup Junior Australia event is the submission of a signed and completed RCJA Media Release Deed for all team members. Completion of the RCJA Media Release Deed is compulsory for all team members and must be completed prior to the event. Before you register your team in a RoboCup Junior Australia competition you need to have a signed and completed RCJA Media Release Deed for all members of the team or the registration cannot be accepted. The signed forms will be collected at the registration desk on the day of the competition. Failure to provide signed RCJA Media Release Deeds will prevent the student from entering the RCJA event and venue.
