2018 Australian Open National Competition
The Australian Open National Competition will be held in Melbourne in 2018. The RoboCup Junior Victoria Committee is looking forward to welcoming you the world's most livable city for this exciting event.
This event counts as qualification for the 2019 RoboCup Junior International Competition to be held in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
The information pack (including suggested accommodation) and registration will be available Q2, 2018. Competition format, including practice sessions and who is required to attend at different times and days will be made available as this information comes to hand.
All event participants will be required to attend on both the Saturday and Sunday. Practice the particpant setup will be on the Friday afternoon. Please note all electronic devices being brought into the venue to be connected to power must have a current 'test and tag' tag attached. Onsite testing and tagging will be available on the Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. A nominal fee may apply for this service.

Entry Fee: $100 per team plus GST ($110 in total per team)

Access and Parking:
Public parking is available in the Eastern Carpark. Minibus/Van and Bus dropoff is available via the Northern Carpark (no parking in this area). Please see https://prebook.mopt.vic.gov.au/. Discounts are avilable for prebooking parking online.
Please be aware if you are exiting the Northern Carpark following a dropoff, and make a left turn, road tolls apply and hence you will be required to have an etag (or similar electronic toll device), or purchase a Citilink Daypass.
